A few months back, wifey and I got fed up with the 20 room villa we previously resided in. Water and electricity problems, daily inuman sessions by neighbours, stingy hallway, it wasn't what we envisioned when we first moved in. So we decided that if we do find an appartment affordable for us, we won't have second thoughts taking it.
Then Nette/Arjay and Luan/Mei (our neighbors) decided that it was time to move on, and with one month notice, they started looking around for a new home. Nette suggested to have a look at International City, so we accompanied them.
A week later, we signed our papers too. LOL. I had no idea.
